Thanks to our masterclass supply chain design, you ensure lasting strategic improvements in your organisation. You focus on the entire logistics chain and look at how the supply chain strategy can be defined clearly and how operation takes over to realise the strategy.

After this programme you will have insight into the selection parameters for the elaboration and/or improvement of a supply chain. You will be aware of the possible trade offs between the logistics sub-domains and you will be able to define and optimise the costs and their impact on the supply chain. You gain insight into the various practical lean tools and are able to apply them. During the course you will acquire the practical competence by interactive discussion of the learned concepts and by practical case studies and practical assignments.

This training consists of a unique mix of interactive workshops and e-learning. As a course participant, you will gain access to the online learning platform, where you will not only find in-depth theory, but also practical examples and exercises.

During the e-learning you will have the time to get acquainted with the concepts that will be discussed in the workshop and to practice these in advance. In addition, a forum will also be made available. This will be the 'place' for questions and discussions with the fellow students and the teacher. In this way the group dynamics will be strengthened both online and offline.

The 5 digital workshops or the 3 physical workshops are organised at fixed times and both the instructor and all students take part. The workshops serve to provide further clarification of the theory and to make more complex exercises aimed at its practical application. Experiences are also exchanged between the course members. Active participation and dialogue between lecturers and course members is always central to the workshops.
